In a demographic that usually has <2year tenure the MKGCS staff averages over 10 years tenure. Most MKGCS folks knew each other before MKGCS and many of the same crew that was in the pentagon on 911 still work together at MKGCS. We have a culture where we develop relationships that often outlast time on the job. This is mostly because our staff realizes that we are part of something bigger than ourselves and we do not lose track of who we work for.
